IBC collection & returns

Failed & aborted deliveries
Non-delivery charge: £60 + VAT. This applies where a delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances at the delivery address — including no access, no one present to receive, or unsuitable site conditions. Please ensure your site is ready to receive on the agreed delivery date.
Requesting a delivery option
To request next day delivery, a Moffett vehicle, 3 working day service, or any other delivery option, please contact us at the time of ordering. Additional services cannot be added retrospectively once a delivery is scheduled.
