What is AdBlue®?
AdBlue® is a high-purity aqueous urea solution — 32.5% automotive-grade urea dissolved in demineralised water. It is injected into the exhaust system of Euro 4, 5 and 6 diesel engines via an SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) catalyst, where it triggers a reaction that converts harmful nitrogen oxides (NOx) into nitrogen (N2) and water vapour — both naturally occurring and harmless.
Without a compliant supply, SCR-equipped vehicles will derate into reduced power mode and, depending on the manufacturer, may prevent the engine from restarting entirely. Maintaining consistent stock isn’t optional — it is a legal compliance requirement for any Euro 6 fleet.
Every IBC and tank fill we supply is certified to ISO 22241 / DIN 70070, ensuring your fleet always receives fluid to the exact specification your vehicles require.

IBC delivery
Our standard delivery format is a 1,000-litre intermediate bulk container (IBC) on a pallet, delivered direct to your site. Each IBC contains ISO 22241 certified AdBlue® and is compatible with all SCR-equipped commercial vehicles.
IBCs are available on a one-off basis or as part of a managed replenishment account. For managed customers, we forecast your next delivery and schedule it automatically — you receive a notification before it arrives.
Tank service
For high-volume fleets or multi-vehicle depots, a dedicated on-site AdBlue® bulk storage tank removes IBC handling entirely. Bluuid supplies, installs and maintains the tank, then proactively refills it as part of a fully managed service.
One monthly invoice covers everything — fluid, delivery, and tank maintenance. Pricing is based on your site, volume, and setup requirements.
